This tool facilitates the seamless crafting of pavé settings using our preferred layout. We can initiate the process by inserting a basic circular block and then modify it into a brilliant cut gem. The same procedure is applicable to beads. As we position the gems, the collision detection feature activates to ensure a minimum distance is maintained between them. Within this tool, various tabs are available to assist us in placing guides and drills, aiding us towards the final outcome.
Furthermore, this tool enables the creation of pavé settings on polygonal meshes. This capability allows for the integration of models crafted in ZBrush into Rhino, facilitating the continued process of stone and pavé arrangement within the Rhino environment.

Starting with Rhinojewel 7, this tool also allows the creation of pavés on polygonal meshes. This makes it possible to integrate models made in Zbrush into Rhino and continue modeling the arrangement of stones in Rhino.
AUTOMATIC PLACEMENT OF BEADS
When the pavé block arrangement is regular, we can place the beads automatically. They will adapt in size to any small variations that the stones may have, which increases the fluidity in jewelry modeling.
INTERACTIVE ARRAY ALONG CURVE
This tool is derived from Rhino’s array tool, adapted and enhanced for jewelry use. We can use it to create the matrix of any object and since it’s interactive, we can immediately see the result, as well as change the size or rotation. This tool is especially useful when placing stones since we can change their size and distance between them. We can also automatically place beads, improving the experience and flow in jewelry creation.
INTERACTIVE CURVE ARRAY ON SURFACES
This tool is particularly powerful when placing gems and then adding beads. We can move the gems along open or closed curves. In open curves, this tool allows us to leave space for the subsequent placement of beads by moving the gems at the ends of the curve.
3D FLOW TEXTURES
Creating surfaces with textures efficiently and interactively is now possible thanks to the 3D Texture Flow tool. A set of patterns is available to quickly adapt them to surfaces, even adding height to the surface to achieve the correct thickness.

GEM AND METAL WEIGHT
One of the most required parameters in 3D jewelry models is the weight. This can be easily obtained with the weight tool, for both metal and gems. In the case of gems, we can also label the brilliant cuts with a measurement label on each stone, especially in pavés, so that the stone setter has a setting map of the jewelry piece.
This is one of the many tools in Rhinojewel, with a simple operation, that allows to increase productivity at specific moments of jewelry modeling. One of them is extracting the surface contours, which also removes all internal parts, leaving a unique silhouette with which to extrude the jewelry piece.
STL AND RP POSITIONING TOOLS
Visualizing jewelry as if it were real is one of the advantages of creating jewelry with a computer. Another advantage is being able to print jewelry models in wax, and with this tool we can quickly place our jewelry models on the printing plane as one set, ensuring that everything is ready to print. In this new version, grouped objects in Rhino can also be positioned in the 0 plane, keeping the different parts of the group in the same arrangement.
Rhino has improved visualization in its latest version, and the speed in visualization now allows creating videos in just a few minutes. With Rhinojewel, we can create a rotation animation or move the camera along a path represented by a curve. By choosing duration and resolution parameters, we can generate videos in mp4 format that can be sent via WhatsApp or uploaded to social networks.
